I am a first time RV owner, and with that comes a lot of uncertainty about the condition of a used RV. TJ walked me through all the steps of the inspection, explaining the various items he looks for, how to determine any possible issues and identifying potential problems I would never know about by just looking at the RV. TJ put me at ease and I knew he had the knowledge, experience and ability to make sure the RV I was purchasing had been fully inspected with all potential issues identified. When TJ had completed the inspection he went over the entire report, pointing out some items he found which needed immediate attention. I was so thankful TJ had done such a thorough job and he put me at ease over the purchase of the RV. I had several questions arise regarding the equipment on the RV and I called TJ several weeks afterwards. TJ answered all my questions, gave me instructions on the operation of the equipment and told me to call if I needed anything.
