Horizons RV Services LLC is operated by Todd (TJ) and Rosanna Barr. We are long time RVers who enjoy living on the road and sharing what we have learned with others. TJ is an NRVIA Certified RV Inspector and RVTAA Registered Technician. He is a US Navy veteran and former IT consultant with an eye for detail and “can do” attitude. Rosanna is a former Executive Assistant with a city police department and is creative with design, marketing, and planning.
